  This archive contains python code for the GroupSim+ConsWin method.
  The program accepts FASTA and CLUSTAL alignments as input. The README and comments in group_sim_score_sdp.py provide details and usage examples. The program is free and licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL); see the official GNU website for more information.
