This archive contains python code for the scoring methods described in the paper. The program accepts FASTA and CLUSTAL alignments as input. The README and comments in score_conservation.py provide details and usage examples. The program is free and licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL); see the official GNU website for more information.

This archive contains the alignments, clusterings, and other data used in the paper.
